We are a company registered in England & Wales under company number 14323861, with our registered office at 1 Park Road, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 4AS. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Contacting us

The best way to reach us is through our contacts page. Our postal address is the registered office above.

2. Using this website

This website, including the online floor-plan tool, is provided for information and to help you design and request a quote. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Quotes, orders and pricing

Any prices, designs or quotes shown or discussed are indicative until we confirm them in writing. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and confirm it. Because our cabins are made to your specification, and pools are quoted on request, details are agreed for each order. We may decline an order before it is confirmed.

4. Delivery and next steps

We deliver to any address in the UK, islands included, and delivery is part of the quote rather than a separate charge. The Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and addresses in Europe are quoted the same way. Lead times we give (for example, 2 to 4 weeks for standard cabins, 4 to 8 weeks for bespoke, and around 15 working days for pools) are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by things outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Preparing the site, and putting up what we deliver, are yours to arrange, and we are glad to advise remotely at every step and for as long as it takes to finish. We do not carry out that work ourselves. We may be able to arrange or co-ordinate others to carry it out, but only where that has been requested, discussed and agreed with us in writing for your particular project. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise that such help is available, and any arrangement of it is a separate agreement on its own terms.

5. Cancellations and changes

Because most of what we supply is made to your specification, the usual right to cancel a distance purchase may not apply once work has begun. The cancellation and change terms for your particular order will be set out when we confirm it. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

6. Our guarantee

Where we state a guarantee, for example a 10-year guarantee against structural rot, it applies subject to correct installation, treatment and reasonable maintenance, and to the terms provided with your order. Our guarantees are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.

7. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

8. How we handle your personal data

Sevii Associates Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC204031.

What we collect. When you use the contact or quote form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, your contact details and your message or project details.

Site speed data. Every page view records how fast the page appeared, your screen width, your browser type and the network you connected from. We also store a one-way code made from your IP address — never the address itself — which cannot be matched to any other site. No cookies, and nothing is saved on your device.

We use it only to find and fix slow pages, and keep it for up to 24 months. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping this website working well. Our server also keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for 90 days.

Why, and our lawful basis. We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes and drawings, and fulfil an order. Depending on the situation, our lawful basis is your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or the performance of a contract with you.

Who we share it with. We share your details only where needed to do the work, for example with the trades and subcontractors carrying out your project, and with the service providers who host our website and email. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it. We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or order, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, use our contacts page.

Complaints. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — small files needed for the website to work, such as remembering your device settings for the floor-plan tool and which notices you have already seen. They do not track you, identify you, or collect personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their own policies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
