Log cabin prices

We do not publish a price list, because we do not sell a fixed range — every building is made to the plan you give us. What we can do is be straight about what moves the number, so you can judge roughly where your project sits before you ask.

What drives the cost

• Footprint — the single biggest factor. Floor area drives timber, roof, base and delivery together.
• Wall thickness — 28 mm for a store, 44 mm for a garden room, 70–88 mm for year-round use, twin-skin or glulam for a home.
• Insulation — floor, roof and walls, and whether the building needs to hold heat through a winter.
• Glazing and doors — double glazing throughout, and how much of the wall you want to be glass.
• Roof — the covering, the pitch, and whether there is a veranda or terrace under it.
• Internal layout — the number of rooms, and whether any of them need plumbing.
• Delivery — distance, and how much access the lorry has at your end.

What is always included

Design of your layout, manufacture in solid timber, delivery to your address anywhere in the UK, islands included, and a 10-year guarantee. We advise on the base, the assembly and the fit-out for as long as the project takes.

What is not

Groundworks, assembly and fit-out are yours to arrange. We can help organise that side of it, but only on request and agreed case by case — it is quoted separately and never assumed. See Services :: Managed Builds.

Getting a figure

Send us a layout and we will price it. If you do not have one yet, sketch it in the floor plan designer — it is free, there is no design fee, and no obligation to go further. Otherwise just tell us what you have in mind.
