What the tool is for

This is a tool for shaping your own idea. Put the rooms where you want them, see how the sizes work together, and get the thing clear in your head before anyone talks about money. That is all it is for — nothing you draw here is an engineering drawing, and nothing is binding.

No technical knowledge needed

So you do not need to know wall thicknesses, spans or loadings, and it does not matter if a wall lands somewhere that will not work. The engineering checks happen at our end: send a design over and we go through it properly, then come back with what stands up as drawn, what has to move, and why.
