Flow Training & Fitness Pools

Swim as far as you like without moving. A counter-current unit pushes a steady flow of water at you, so you swim on the spot — a full workout in a swimming pool a fraction of the usual length.

It's one of our wooden pools with the current built in. Solid wood, above ground, delivered as a complete package.

Compact wooden pools from about 4.4 × 2.9 m up to 8.5 × 2.5 m, 1.2 m deep, set up for counter-current swimming. Small enough for most gardens, but you swim as long as you want against the flow.

• Pool structure — exotic hardwood top on a redwood frame.
• Liner — a choice of plain colours and patterns.
• Filtration — pump and filter, sized to the pool.
• Ladders — stainless steel inside, timber outside.
• Underlay, filter media and a solar cover.
• Maintenance kit — everything to keep the water right from day one.

From about 4.4 × 2.9 m (about 9.7 m³) up to 8.5 × 2.5 m (about 19.5 m³), all 1.2 m deep. The current does the distance, so you don't need the length. Send us your space and we'll suggest a size.
